Employee Connection site gets new look for easier navigation
The Human Resources team will launch a redesigned home page for the
Employee Connection site on DeltaNet Tuesday to improve the overall user
experience.
Employee Connection is the primary source of HR information for Delta
employees. The revamped site will feature more color graphics and will provide
easier access to important information. A new "How To..." feature on the home
page will put information about common HR transactions at your fingertips. The
redesign starts with the home page and will roll out to other pages on the site
during the next few months. .
Employee Connection provides information and resources on various HR-related
topics to help you manage life on the job and away from work. It's your one-stop
source for HR policy information. To complete HR-related transactions you
will log in to Employee Self-Service (ESS) or Benefits Direct, secure sites where
you can update personal information, enroll in benefits, bid on jobs, view your
paycheck and more.
Some information may not be pertinent to pre-merger Northwest employees at
this time. Pre-merger NWA employees should continue to refer to RADAR for
applicable human resources information until they have transitioned to Delta's
HR services.
