WHO
All Delta U.S., Non-U.S. and Field Stations

WHAT:
Starting Tuesday, April 10, standby code S3A will be assigned to Endeavor active employees, their spouse/domestic partner/travel companion and dependent children on mainline flights. Pass riders with standby code S3A will be added to the standby list after pass riders with S3 standby code. Endeavor employees/pass riders will continue to select S3 at kiosk/delta.com, or when added by an agent, but will automatically be assigned S3A.
For flights departing, Saturday, April 7, the standby list may be out of order. Nonrevenue customers that checked in and activated on the standby list before the new codes were loaded may be inaccurately displayed at a lower priority.

WHEN:
April 7, 2018

ACTION:
Gate agents should review their standby lists upon opening their flight.
If any standbys are visibly out of order, simply delete them off the standby list, and then check-in the customer again to re-activate them on the standby list. Once reactivated, the customer will be assigned the correct priority order based on the new list of codes.
