How to Nonrev Out of CDG

CHECK-IN PROCESS & ALTEA!

At CDG, check-in is performed in the Air France-KLM system called Altea DC by our vendor. The check-in agents do not have access to Deltamatic (SNAPP), and TravelNet will not always reflect the correct number of available seats in real time. The airport standby list is also not available in TravelNet.

Where to Check-In? Terminal 2E, Departure Level 2.

Checking bags? See an agent at check-in. Your bags will only be loaded once you have been cleared on the flight, and in case you change your listing, every effort is made to ensure your bags travel with you.

Traveling without bags? Use any self-service kiosk to check-in for your flight and print a seat request card.

Security? In addition to airport security screening, you must see a Delta security agent for a security interview prior to boarding. Security agents are located at check-in and at the gate. Be sure to see one as soon as possible to expedite the boarding process.

STANDBY PROCESS

Standby Priority? Your default priority code is used at check-in (e.g. S3 for employees, S3B for parents/retirees, S3C for contractors, and S4 for buddy pass riders). In order to change your priority code, you must see an agent at check-in or at the gate. Check-in closes 60 minutes prior to departure. Pass riders eligible to change priority can do this up to 60 minutes before departure.

Clearing Process? Be present at the boarding gate 60 minutes before departure. Have a seat and wait for the gate agent to announce your name. If you are traveling with a party, decide if you want to split-up or sit in different cabins if seats are not available for the whole party. Airport monitors do not show the status of the standby list. Once the flight departs, TravelNet will be updated with seat allocations. This involves a manual process and every effort is made to ensure accuracy of information. If you requested a change to your priority code and this is not reflected, please complete the Travel Survey on TravelNet.

Assistance? Before seeing an agent, we kindly ask Delta employees that have access to TravelNet to re-list themselves for another flight. Free Wi-Fi is available at the airport. Pass riders then need to see an agent or use a kiosk to check-in for the flight and obtain a new boarding pass before proceeding to the new gate. This must be done more than 60 minutes prior to flight departure.
