Delta has changed its vendor to ADP for employee tax statements. This means employees and retirees who wish to continue to have online access to their tax statements, such as W2s and 1099s, must go to Self-Service to re-register for this service. Those who have never had online access to their tax statements, but who wish to receive it may also register during this window, which closes at 11:59 pm ET, Dec. 31.

For registered employees and retirees, electronic tax statements for 2018 and beyond, once available, will be accessible via Self-Service at any time. A perk of the new vendor is that the statements may be printed and downloaded an unlimited number of times with no fee for a period of three years. In addition, the statements are hosted on a secure and encrypted website and may be imported into any electronic tax preparation software programs (Turbo Tax, etc.) or to offices of local tax professionals (H&R Block, Jackson Hewitt, etc.).

For Delta people who take this opportunity to register for online access either again or for the first time, a courtesy email will be sent to their preferred email address in mid-January when their tax statements are available for viewing/downloading in Self-Service.

Employees and retirees wishing to view/download electronic tax statements from 2017 and years prior may also still do so using a different link in Self-Service (described below); these statements do not reside in ADP and may require a fee to download.

Those who do not register for electronic tax statements by Dec. 31, 2018, will receive paper copies of their 2018 statements through U.S. mail. Employees and retirees are therefore asked to ensure they complete registration, which takes less than 30 seconds, before the deadline.
